The idea for WOW! was inspired after retiring and reflecting on a family trip to New York City. In a crowded subway car filled with strangers, a young man shared the pain of a romantic breakup. A brief exchange—just a few kind words—left a lasting impact. It was a reminder that genuine human connection can be more gratifying than any title or professional achievement.
